The small unincorporated postal village of Fairfax Station lies in the center of urbanized Fairfax County in beautiful Northern Virginia, just across the river from our nation's bustling capital. Trains have passed through here for years, hence the name Fairfax Station, on their way to or from surrounding areas moving at the pace of modern life. But somehow, this charming community has retained a character all its own in the history of those who have worked, played, loved,  learned, and worshipped here.
