Selling experience: What I really like about Deb is her attention to detail, when it came time to price our house, she came ready with comps and market analysis. She also takes the best pictures of the homes. A photographer came by with an expensive camera and spent almost an hour taking photos. Her flyer was tasteful and informative, and she featured our home prominently on her site. Deb also made some very good suggestions on how to prep our house for sale, I am convinced these last minute changes helped sell the house faster. She even held an open house and sent use buyer feedback reports on an almost weekly basis.
Buying experience: When it was time to buy a house, Deb was there ever step of the way. She made sure there were no surprises and showed us only homes that met our needs. She is very dialed in to the Franklin Farm real estate market, she seemed to know about homes even before they came on the market! Deb also had a pretty good home inspector and title company. The whole process went very smoothly, and my wife and I were both very happy with the new home purchase.
