Staging & Home Prep

Staged homes sell faster. Yes, its actually that simple. But not all houses need staging and some need staging as well as repair work such as painting for an example.
My Licensed Stager not only offers staging advice & consultation but also valuable home prep advice as well.
Such prep could involve painting (paint color advice & planning also), or carpeting, caulking, deck power washing and so on. I also offer our clients access to my proven handymen and other professionals to accomplish the home prep plans.
Virtual Home Tours
Virtual Tours can make a home standout out from others on the Internet, especially over others without Virtual Tours. Yes, sadly some agents don’t even bother paying for a Virtual Tour for their clients. The local MLS (MRIS) adds a link called ‘Virtual Tour’ to a home’s pictures but that’s not a real virtual tour. The ‘real’ ones are added manually, so the MRIS link instead will open that tour instead of just the pictures.
My Tours are custom created for each home & offer many more features than most ‘so called Professional’ Virtual Tours.
