Tom is amazing, a true professional. He patiently and diligently worked with us from start to finish as we searched for and purchased our first home. He truly cares and had our best interests in mind at all times. He is thoughtful, readily available by email and phone, and a true expert of the locations he serves. Being our first home we were very new to the entire process and Tom patiently and professionally walked us through every step of the way. He made sure every step was incredibly smooth and made us feel comfortable whenever we had questions. We wholeheartedly recommend Tom to anyone seeking to purchase a home. After interviewing 4 realtors familiar with our area, Deb “passed” our review with flying colors. She met with us, explained her process, reviewed what to expect, and delivered on all fronts. I sought out Deb Frank after I saw the hefty sale price she achieved in the sale of a house on our street, with the hope that she could do the same for us as we put our house on the market. Selling experience: What I really like about Deb is her attention to detail, when it came time to price our house, she came ready with comps and market analysis. She also takes the best pictures of the homes. A photographer came by with an expensive camera and spent almost an hour taking photos. Her flyer was tasteful and informative, and she featured our home prominently on her site. Deb also made some very good suggestions on how to prep our house for sale, I am convinced these last minute changes helped sell the house faster. She even held an open house and sent use buyer feedback reports on an almost weekly basis.

Buying experience: When it was time to buy a house, Deb was there ever step of the way. She made sure there were no surprises and showed us only homes that met our needs. She is very dialed in to the Franklin Farm real estate market, she seemed to know about homes even before they came on the market! Deb also had a pretty good home inspector and title company. The whole process went very smoothly, and my wife and I were both very happy with the new home purchase.

She is very professional and experienced, she will recommend to replace something with a new one. Make the house easier to sell. She suggested us to replace the appliance to ss. Once we replaced the appliance, we got an offer within a week.

Deb Frank is a great realtor. She sold our house for us. Her years of experience are a great benefit. She knows the market and what sells houses. Tom was excellent to work with and very timely in his responses. He helped us find our dream home and artfully negotiated the sale and contingencies on our purchase.

Tom helped both sell our home and buy our new one, and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough! Our past experiences with realtors had been filled with non-responsiveness, insistence on homes we didn’t want to consider, and a lack of transparency. We had none of those issues with Tom! He was quick to point out potential issues with homes, had a list of great contractors to work with, was always on-time and quick to respond, and was a fantastic negotiator. We’ll no doubt call Tom if we need to move in the future.

Tom was great to work with! Very patient as I toured tons of homes and weighed pros/cons of houses, neighborhoods and schools with him! Once I settled on a house, he helped me determine an escalation amount (very competitive market here) and I finally found a new home for myself and my daughter. Everything during the closing phase went smoothly – no issues.
